Industry leading, privately held, solid, profitable, 50+ year old company is looking for a WESTERN STATES Sales Hunter to sell our CUSTOM STORE FIXTURES (garment racks, displays, showcases, supplies, etc) to NATIONAL RETAILERS headquartered in the Southeast (eg.,SELLING TO RETAIL HQ's/DECISION MAKERS AT: Albertsons, Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, Casey s, CCA Global Partners, Costco, GAP, Hy-Vee, Longs Drug Stores, Donna Karan, Eddie Bauer, May Department Stores, Medicine Shoppe, Nordstrom, Payless Shoe, PETsMart, Raley s, Ross Stores, Safeway, Save Mart, Schnuck Markets, Stater Bros., Trader Joe s, Williams-Sonoma, etc, etc.) When you visit these stores your viewing what we design, build and install to display the Retailers goods.

We're searching for a Regional SALES HUNTER who can make 50-80 COLD CALLS and FOLLOW-UP CALLS a day. Prospect and make 5-15 APPOINTMENTS per week and make Presentations to RETAIL CORPORATE DECISION MAKERS to Quote and Win Large Retail Accounts. FOR EXAMPLE: Win the Account to Design, Sample, Manufacture and Install our CUSTOM FIXTURES in 100 New stores a Retail Chain plans to build this year. Expenses paid by Company!
Territory assigned will be: Western States, CA, AZ, NV, UT, ID, OR, WA, MT, WY, CO, NM
We are a Designer/Manufacturer/Importer/Distributor/Installer of these CUSTOM FIXTURE projects which will be designed and "CUSTOM MADE", sold and installed within the Retail stores.
We give the Retail stores exactly what they want inside their stores to display and sell their goods!
As a result of the CUSTOM FEATURES the sales cycle can be several months. Therefore, for a period of time, WE WILL PROVIDE A GUARANTEE OF $75K-$80K Base Salary. After that, our Plan is 35% salary and 65% Commission. A successful sales person should earn >$100K+++ per year the first year. Our top Regional Salesperson is earning north of $250K! We pay all home office and travel/entertainment expenses.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you SOLD our custom fixtures to a large Retailer who is opening up 100 new stores this year and in each store we install $50K worth of our Fixtures per store, your COMMISSION on that sale could be 6% or $300K!!!!.
Huge earnings are possible to the person that is a true Sales Hunter with excellent Cold Calling, Appointment, Follow-up and Presentation skills.
If you lack the self-discipline to make the daily minimum number of Cold Calls and Follow-up Calls (50-80 per day), make the minimum number of weekly Appointments and visits (5-15 per week), make the Presentations and win the new business this is not the job for you. However if you have a SUCCESSFUL, QUANTIFIABLE HISTORY of all of these, this your financial Dream Job!

Requirements
-Can work from home/virtual office reporting to Corporate Office. All travel and expenses reimbursed by Company.
-3+ Years Territorial Sales level experience "selling to" Retail or Corporate HQ level. (Selling to Buyers, Purchasing, Facilities, Design, Engineering, Program Managers, C-Level and Decision Making Staff Members at Retailer HQ's).
-Proven history and success at high rate Cold Calling (50-80 Calls per day), Prospecting and GETTING Appointments (5-15 Appointments per week) with DECISION MAKERS at CORPORATE RETAILERS.
-High integrity/ethics, hard-working, resilient, and committed to a long term sales career.
