Our client is a proven leader in Revenue Recovery services within the Healthcare industry and has fully retained our firm to perform an exclusive, focused and quality based national search for a healthcare financial specialist to lead their Southern California Region. This strategic position, Regional Sales Development Manager, is for the newly expanded Southern California region to include Southern CA (LA and south), NV, AZ, UT, and ID. This position will work from a home based office and will require extensive (and fully reimbursed) travel within the region with an average plane travel of approximately 8-10 days per month in addition to local travel with in the region.
This organization has focused exclusively on assisting health care providers by aggressively and efficiently recovering denial monies for patient accounts arising from complex liability and payment sources that make up about 10% of payments that would normally be written off by many hospitals. This company has been in business since 1999 and is structured for success through their commitment to providing the resources and an environment to grow and prosper to all of their employees. With extensive training and use of our client s accelerated business development plan, your presentations will result in increase revenue for the hospitals and ultimately yourself. Their success rate once in front of key players with in the healthcare system s business office is an amazing 54% closure rate!!!! Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree Healthcare financial designations preferred
* At least 5 years of direct or indirect hospital business office experience
* Requires an established Regional Hospital Network with Business Office Directors, Business Office Managers or financial decision makers with in the healthcare arena
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with hospitals claim processes
