UCS is a rapidly growing small campany, poised for a big growth this year. Currently we are looking for Multiple Recruiters, both senior and junior, who can be a part of our growing team. The senior person should ideally have the following strengths:
1) Ability and experience to guide a team of recruiters to achieve goals.
2) Ability and experience to work aggressively to set and achieve tough targets.
3) Ability and experience to maintain and develop new contacts to assist in growth.
4) Ability and experience to utilize his/her existing contacts to build business opportunities for the company.
5) Ability and experience to responsibly take care of few, but important day to day tasks besides recruitment.
6) Ability and experience to maintain some basic records related to recruitment.
7) Ability to work in high pressure environment.
What we want from an ideal candidate is:
1) Atleast 3 years of working as a recruiter in IT environment.
2) Knowledge of the entire recruitment cycle for the IT industry
3) Knowledge about basic IT job contracts and understanding of obligations and rights of either parties.
Those interested in junior positions need to have the following:
1) Atleast one year of experience working as a recruiter.
2) Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycyle.
3) Recruiting experience in IT environment.
4) Demonstrated systematic approach.
5) Ability to work in pressure environment
The remuneration for all positions would be at par with market along with commissions.
We are open to work from home options (purely commission based).
