Oracle Functional ERP MM Team Leader - - 12440
Provides the most advanced support level for the functional areas of Oracle ERP relating to manufacturing. Work with both the executive and technical areas of various business units. Frequent travel, approximately 90%, is required Monday - Thursday; Fridays and 1 week per month will be working from home based office. Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors/consultants in order to deliver projects and goals according to plan. Will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Requirements:
5-6 years experience in a manufacturing operations role leading Oracle 11i implementations in a multi-site environment. Expertise in Oracle manufacturing modules and a wide range of skills and experiences supporting different areas of Oracle ERP in a multi-org manufacturing environment. Experience with 11i Warehouse Management and hand-held devices (shipping and receiving). also requires experience with personnel management, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members. Graduate, undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; specialized training in Project Management Methodology, Project Manager Certification (PMI/PMP) preferred.
