Status: Full Time, Employee; Salary: 12.93 - 13.50 USD /hour .
Shift: First Shift, Second Shift .
Job Location: Portland, ME 04122 .
Announcing a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented, and fun environment! Kelly Services is currently recruiting for temp to hire call center openings at Unum in the Greater Portland area.
In this role, you will:
Interface with customers via inbound calls
Resolve routine problems with products or services
Log inquiries and complaints in the company database
Update customer records upon request
We are looking for people who are very detail-oriented and are able to multitask effectively in a working environment. Other requirements include:
Customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus!)
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (primary shift will be 11:30-8:00 after training) - NO WEEKENDS!!
Dependable and reliable
Ability to adapt quickly to changes
Solid problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
