We have an unmatched opportunity for Loan Officers licensed in Illinois. Earn up to 95% commission on all revenue minus $500 per file. You start at 85%, and as soon as your gross income for the year is over $15,000 for the YEAR (not monthly) you move to 90%. Then you'll move to 95% once your annual gross income is above $97,500 (for 2007 and adjusted with the social security wage cap annually).
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation mandates that you be a W2 Employee and you can only work for one licensee. We pay all employer related taxes, which decrease as your income increases and factored into the commission scale above. This is the highest payout you will find and the most you can make without opening your own company. Many Loan Officers who have joined our firm were working at 35-50% commission splits, which mean they essentially got an immediate raise of 45-55% by reorganizing who they work with. The best way to give yourself a raise by keeping more of your own hard earned money! You could either double your volume (good luck) or double your commission split. Our great processors know how to close loans fast and communicate effectively with all parties involved. You or borrower pays the associated processing fee (usually $400/file). Processing is not mandatory, so feel free to process your own loans.
We have lots of lenders with hundreds of loan programs for you to find a home for that tough deal. We also get premium pricing with some of our lenders, which we pass onto you. We're open to signing on your favorite lender if we're not already working with them. We even have an A paper lender who has a "bid desk" and will match any other A paper lenders pricing. Lenders include Indymac Bank,Countrywide, Interfirst, Bank Of America, Equifrist, First Magnus, American Brokers Conduit, Chase, National City, Home Mortgage, Long Beach, Provident Funding, and more.
Earn income from loans in 37 states. Big Money states like California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and many more. The additional cost for these states is an additional $500 or 10% of the fee, whichever is greater.
We use Encompass anywhere, the best loan origination software on the market. You get to see a live snap shot of your pipeline, including how many days to lock expiration and exactly where your loan is in processing. You are responsible for one time setup ($100) and monthly hosting cost of $60/month.
We use secured electronic signature technology for your borrowers to sign their 1003 and disclosures online. You just print and submit the completed PDF package.
We have a special contract with a title company that will go to your borrowers home or office for signing of the closing docs. Cost: $450 which includes the closing fee, title insurance up to a 600k loan amount. Courier and recording charges apply.
We have set up sources for you to order your business cards and other marketing materials online &websites.
We can pay you an advance within 24 hrs of us getting your funding check. Regular Payroll done twice monthly through ADP on the 10th &25th.
You must work from home or have your own office. We have very limited desk space at our home office, which we rent for $500/month if you live close to our office. We recommend shared office suites if you must have an office to work from.
You must be an IL licensed loan originator with at least one year of experience, and close two loans per month.
We do not do FHA/VA loans, but have lenders that can match or beat these programs.
We do not provide leads. You must have the ability to originate your own loans through your referral sources OR buy your own leads.
