Private (self-funded) and very profitable Internet Marketing and Software Solutions company seeks multiple Java Developers - all skill levels, including entry-level and senior. [**ZERO TRAVEL REQUIRED**] Company also develops a Java based content management application that is often integrated with a custom built, data-driven software application (customer driven requirements) for the customer.
Development is server-side focused: Servlets, Entity Beans, Business Object Layers, MySQL / SQL Server, etc. + Apache and Tomcat. Web Development experience is a must for developers with professional experience.
Working directly with the President &Co-Founder. Small company with less than 20 people. Over 10 years old, self-funded and very profitable. Little to *no* turnover here, as employees are treated very well and are also offered an excellent balance between work and family/life. 40 hour work week + the option to work from home 3-4 days a week (after 90 days).
Location: Newton, MA area.
Compensation: includes 2% bonus, retirement solutions w/company matching, 10 holidays + more than 3 weeks of vacation...
Salaries: 40-55k for Juniors, 55-70k for mid-level engineers and up to 90k for Senior engineers. Some flexibility for a great match.
