5+ years of experience in the following disciplines:
* Experience with the following tools is necessary: Networking, SQL database.
* Has skills working with software installation tools, such as, MSI, InstallShield or WISE
* Comfortable with MS Windows Server/Client environment.
* Experience with software testing, troubleshooting and integration.
* Experience in producing technical documentation.
* Flexible hours, willing to work late hours or weekends when necessary.
* Available to travel on a limited basis within the USA.
* Available to carry a pager and/or cell-phone, and provide 24x7 support.
* Willing to work from home , through Internet access when providing third level support.
