Responsible for migration of Informix to HP-UX to help with the effort
to consolidate Our Clients in scope servers globally will involve
contractor resources performing the following:
i. Analysis and Strategy
Deliverables: Inventory analysis, Migration/Consolidation Strategy and
Roadmap, success metrics, prioritized migration/consolidations
objectives
ii. Architecture and Validation
Deliverables: High Level Design, Risk Impact Analysis,Validation
Justification
iii. Detailed Design
Deliverables: Detailed migration/consolidation design,
migration/consolidation deployment plans, hardware and software bill
of materials, test and acceptance plan, transition plan
iv. Implementation
Deliverables: Execution of project plans, Execution of test and
acceptance plan, production cutovers.
The scope of the work to be performed will span the clients in scope
servers (global), the server storage (both onboard and off-board), and
any associated server backup solutions. There is flexibility for
Consultants to work remotely and will be expected to travel globally.
Must be Fluent in Spanish.
