Qualifications:

1-3 years of Help desk experience REQUIRED.
Bachelor s degree REQUIRED
Experience with advanced knowledge and experience with personal computers or workstations (desktop/portable), Windows Servers and operating systems

Advanced knowledge and experience with personal computers or workstations (desktop/portable), Windows Servers and operating systems

This IS NOT a work from home position
Special Requirements:
Training will be Mon - Friday on first shift. The regular hours will be Tues - Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:15 pm.
This individual will normally work second shift, although they need to be shift-flexible. They will be expected to work additional hours when required, including 1st shift, 3rd shift, weekends and holidays. This individual will be expected to be on a rolling call list to provide after hours support. They may be asked to carry cell phone and/or pager.
