Health Insurance Sales Representative

Description
Longevity Alliance is seeking several experienced, licensed health insurance sales representatives to sell, via the telephone, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, as well as Individual Health Plans to the pre-65 market. Leads will be provided from internet inquiries and direct mail marketing campaigns. This represents an expansion of our operations beyond our existing Customer Contact Center in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Depending on the level of experience, the successful candidate may be able to work from home, making outbound telephone calls, several days a week.
Successful candidates must possess a current health insurance license in his/her home state. Non-Resident licenses in other states are preferred. Additional non-resident licenses will be acquired once employment begins. In addition, candidates must exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written; the ability to work independently; an understanding of the senior market and the unique challenges and opportunities that this market presents; and be supportive of Longevity s vision for making longer lives better. A minimum of 5 years experience in health insurance sales is preferred.
Compensation will consist of base salary and commissions, as well as bonuses for support of Longevity Alliance s strategic goals.
Starting Base Salary will be $30,000 annually. For the first 13 weeks of employment, an additional training allowance of $5,000 per month (payable bi-weekly) will be paid offset by commissions paid during this period.
