Requirements
We're looking for several individuals with the following qualifications to add to our team:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, some in an in-bound contact center strongly preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Solid work history, and proven ability to work independently
- Ability to attend a paid 4-6 week training program at our offices in Columbia
- Ability to work evening and/or one weekend day schedules
- Likes to help people!
