Skills:
Need at least 3 years .net development experience
Would like 1 of the developers to have a background in socket communication programming/development
Would like 1 or 2 of the developers to have a UI background
Must have experience designing solutions from the ground up.
Good personality, self directed.
Project:
Will be developing an internal Instant Messaging application to communicate information throughout corporation. Application will send messages to personal wireless devices as well.
