JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the sales &service of Aetna's products in a specific market or sub-segment. Accountable for achieving financial objectives, marketing, and channel expansion for assigned market.
-- Participate in industry organizations and represent Aetna at appropriate community and business events resulting in nights and some weekends.
-- Participate in the development of and articulate Aetna's value proposition and execute strategy.
-- Cultivate and manage relationships with various internal and external constituencies such as brokers and prospects to build relationships in key ethnic communities
-- Execute individual franchise plan to achieve sales and membership targets. Strong direct focus.
-- Train, motivate, and recruit targeted brokers.

Requirements
SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

-- License required by state law.
-- 3-5 years of related sales experience preferably within the health insurance industry.
-- Strong communication, presentation and sales skills are required.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

-- This position is a telework (work at home) position (nearest office is in King of Prussia).
-- Working closely with Aetna Foundation to maximize the impact of grants.
-- Bilingual communications skills are a plus.
