Currently looking for a Telephony technician for an Avaya project in the San Antonio area. This is a short term contract with the opportunity of becoming long term. The ideal candidate will have strong "Avaya" skills, specifically 'Interaction Center 7.0 (IC)' and 'Conversant IVR'. Development skills such as VB.NET, C##,C,C++,XML,HTML, and Java Script are a plus.

The Avaya project consists of, but is not limited to:
1) Identifying repeat callers and route to special skills
2) Develop Avaya solution for the work - at - home program
3) Code review of all current IC workflows and scripts to determine areas of design, functionality and security areas of risk.
4) Develop real - time display of IC chat statistics
