YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Level Contract Recruiter to help us staff up our new Human Capital Consulting division. Careerbuilder.com s Human Capital division will deliver complete Talent Management solutions including an integrated system of attracting, developing and retaining high performing employees at all levels of the organization. The initial focus will be on Talent Acquisition consulting.
Responsibilities will include:
Source, screen and recruit for high level Talent Acquisition Consultants nationwide
Positions recruiting for include the following; Associate Consultants, Consultants, Sr. Consultant, Project Manager and Managing Consultant
Partner with Dr. of Human Capital consulting to assess hiring needs and candidate profiles
Present only top qualified candidates to Manager and Director for interviewing
Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure all hiring requirements are met
Provide feedback to hiring Managers and candidates in a timely manner
Coordinate hiring managers and candidate schedules
Build candidate relations to provide a total consumer experience that attracts and sells even the most passive candidates
Requirements
7+ years experience recruiting
Preferred experience recruiting for consultants and high level placement in HR/recruiting
Strong initiative and highly motivated
Must be able to work independent, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
Must be able to show specific results from a previous recruiting engagement/project
Experience recruiting for a fast-paced, rapidly growing company is necessary
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential
Customer oriented individual with exceptional organization skills
ATS experience preferred
Option to work from home, flexible hours
