Although you are provided with several fields to search on, remember this one important thing:
The more specific a search is, filling in all or most of the fields, the less chance you will have for good results.
Greater success can be achieved when you keep your search very broad.
Keywords: Keywords found in the candidate's resume.
Remember: There is no need to use the words "and", "or", or commas. This will only restrict your search.
You have the option to match all the words, any of the words or exact phrase. This will allow you to zero in on your search.
Keywords are tricky yet crucial to an accurate search. Let's say you are looking for a salesperson. The resume may list that the candidate is an Account Executive and not the word sales or salesperson. So you may want to try different combinations of the same search. Each keyword will be highlighted in the resume.
State: State of residency
