Increasing responsibilities; promoted five times in 12 years. Reengineered annuity back-office processing to drastically reduce operational costs and headcount while improving service. Architected, built, and implemented a new technology platform to support this effort. Key components included imaging, automated workflow, redesigned user interfaces, customer and agent databases, automated voice response, call centers, and artificial intelligence. This resulted in a world-class service center that supported In-Tech's rapid growth through the 1990s and continues in use today.
