    • Assist with incoming phone calls and routes to proper person; take and distribute messages. Ensure phone coverage at all times.
    • Assist in other administrative duties including data entry.
    • Maintain patient database, records, census, and statistics.
    • Coordinate/perform designated materials management activities, including: Inventory Control; Placing orders with vendors; Receiving incoming orders; Stocking, rotating, and maintaining inventory.
    • Process and maintain materials management records and files, including purchase orders, receivers, invoices, packing slips, open and closed files.
    • Reconcile and submit completed and closed purchase orders to pharmacists for submission to accounts payable manager.

    • Perform designated hazardous waste management and disposal activities and maintain records as required.
