In-depth ability to repeatedly climb stairs - up and down - to ensure effective event procedure in all areas of theatre.
Sound ability to stand for long periods, sometimes throughout an entire event.

Arrive on-time in appropriate dress for scheduled shifts.
Assist with event programs.
Stuff programs with inserts.
Distribute programs to stands.
Maintain programs.
Collect programs at events' end.
Attend Pre-Event meeting for job assignment and event specifics.
Check patrons' coats and belongings.
Take tickets, and escort patrons to seats.
Monitor physical surroundings in assigned area prior to and throughout event for safety, cleanliness and functionality.
Contact the House Manager with questions, comments, or concerns.
Respond quickly and courteously to patrons' needs, questions, comments, or concerns with answers and action.
Walk through assigned area retrieving lost items, cushions, etc at event's end.
