Attend daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned work loads as directed by shift/area leaders.
Communicate with tool room manager and tool room Area/Shift leaders, and other plant personnel about tool room concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.
Assist in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs for all tooling equipment.
Follow and support SWEETS Manufacturing's, including: operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly and with dignity and respect without favoritism.
Ensure all documentation is maintained, including associate documentation.
Work with vendors and/or contractors, displaying company values of honesty and integrity.
