Create and maintain employee security files in accordance with government and company guidelines.
Assist in the processing of proper documentation to obtain new industrial security clearance through the electronic questionnaire for investigation processing (e-Qip) Strategic Business Units.
Provide administrative support that includes investigators review of personnel security files (PSF), review of personnel security questionnaires (PSQ) to meet government contract requirements.
Create and maintain personnel security documents in both hard copy and magnetic media.
Process request for reinstatement of security clearances.
Process periodic reinvestigation every 2 years and 4 years.
Submit visit authorization letters to supporting agencies or companies through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) or in letter format as appropriate.
