Daily order download from SFD (mainframe based distribution software) into Road Net application, route creation, analysis, and manipulation as necessary to ensure the minimum possible miles per stop and most cost efficient delivery routes.
Upload completed delivery routes to SFD and Xata platforms.
Responsible for effectively communicating with field organization to exchange information as needed.
Performed information exchange to include data verification related to product / pallet data as well as identification of any necessary edits / rush hour models for the delivery area road network.
Identify and communicate high cost to service customers to include recommendation of potential service parameter changes to bring specific customers back to profitability.
Responsible for effectively communicating with IT organization to exchange information as needed.
Perform other related duties as required.
