Receive and account for merchandise.
Verify purchase order, tag, and deliver to consignee, and place equipment in area designated, noting any shortages or overages.
Inspect for damage received in transit.
Operate the supply stand for departments located at college, fill orders as per requisition, and assist the Fiscal Agent and Property Control Supervisor in conducting periodic inventories of capital equipment items.
Maintain inventory control file on supply stand items.
Order and receive merchandise for same as required.
Maintain supply stand area in an orderly condition.
