Profound knowledge of piping requirements for the following equipment: pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, furnaces and boilers, tanks and pressure vessels.
Remarkable knowledge of insulation and high/low temperature/high pressure piping.
Exceptional ability to build drawings from scratch using CAD software (AutoCAD).
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Maintain existing station and facility mechanical, electrical, piping, and PID drawings.
Develop new station and facility mechanical, electrical, piping, and PID drawings consistent with project work and the company station integrity initiative.
Manage and develop technical guidelines related to drawings with a technical team approach.
Provide support to Project Management, Station Integrity and Reliability, Operations groups for new construction projects, operational changes, and other technical information.
Maintain current drawing access on Xtel Pipeline intranet site.
Prepared clear, accurate and complete drawings using practical design knowledge.
Assisted in the design effort using information from various sources which may include site studies, vendor drawings, catalog data, engineering sketches, reference drawings and input from other disciplines.
Assisted in field investigations, contributed to field reports, created detailed sketches, written and verbal instructions.
Participated in design coordination with engineers, designers and other disciplines in the development of complete drawing packages.
Contributed to estimating, scheduling and job statusing for projects.
