Fitness Trainer
Assist in the designing creation, initiate and coordinate a wide variety of physical fitness activities.
Assist in the planning, coordination and evaluation of resident physical activities.
Lead all physical activity programs to enhance the health of our residents.
Ensure resident satisfaction with levels and types of physical activities.
Assist members when working on equipment or with free weights in terms of proper form, stretching, etc. by demonstration and assistance in spotting and controlling weights.
