Law Clerk
Prepare drafts of a variety of legal forms and documents, such as criminal complaints, declarations, discovery requests and responses and other pleadings.
Research legal questions using Minneapolis law, as well as the law of other states and federal law when appropriate.
Summarize and Shepardize cases and statutes.
Collect, organize, and summarize a wide variety of information, materials, documents, reports and evidence.
Investigate criminal cases.
Perform other tasks in support of an attorney, including preparation of trial briefs, exhibits, evidence and subpoenas.
