Administer and monitor scans (such as two-dimensional echocardiograms utilizing saline and pharmacological contrast, conventional M-mode, Doppler and two-dimensional echocardiographic scans).
Interpret scans and provide physicians with required information.
Distribute and provide explanation of echocardiographic scans.
Train staff members in procedures and techniques; explain principles of echocardiography technology to students and staff.
