New Home for Leading Employee Recognition Solutions Provider

"We are thrilled about our new home. This new space gives Diamond H team members an inventive facility to match the innovative solutions being delivered," stated Michael Cobb, Diamond H President. The new space features a variety of new team rooms and conference rooms specially designed for collaboration and brainstorming. "Innovation is a critical component to our success. Through our SaaS based model, our platforms undergo a continuous review process where opportunities for new innovations are identified and included in future product releases," stated Diamond H Vice President of Technology, Tim Hough.

The new space features several new innovations to aid in the sharing of information such as an increase in team meeting spaces, team rooms equipped with advanced AV capabilities, and strategically placed LCD's to aid in the sharing of information and the communication of company metrics throughout the entire facility. Knowledge management and the sharing of information is also facilitated through a central company library and reading area. This area serves as the hub where team members can go to access hard copies of information on company products and on current trends within the employee recognition industry. An interactive learning environment has been created for one of the company's break rooms. This room is equipped with special AV tools to allow for "lunch and learn" training events where team members can train other team members on various employee recognition topics.

One of the most unique features to the facility is in one of the large conference rooms. This room was designed with brainstorming and product development in mind. The walls are painted with a unique material that allows for whiteboarding directly on the walls. The result is a meeting space that has floor to ceiling writing surfaces for brainstorming and product planning, allowing innovation to happen on the fly whenever inspiration strikes.

The company's latest innovations were on show recently with the latest release of its Inspirus Catalyst product. Catalyst is an enterprise employee recognition platform that is designed to deliver end-to-end recognition solutions for large enterprises. The recent release of version 4.1 featured a variety of new functionality designed to support a number of additional recognition program types, as well as deliver an all new reporting portal for its clients.
