NEWTON, MA -- Driven by this year’s theme, "RECRUIT. RETAIN. RESULTS.," executives, clients, strategic partners, and recruiting industry thought-leaders gathered at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Resort in Orlando, Florida, for Deploy Solutions’ 2007 User Conference.
The January 21-24 conference offered dynamic sessions connecting people and process through case studies, networking opportunities, and breakout sessions. Data and metrics from Deploy customer examples illustrated successful strategies for aligning talent with business goals. Topics such as how to attract talent and how to improve workforce quality using pre-hire assessments were particularly well-received.
