Compensation for the position is $13.50 per hour + monthly bonus to start / $14.00 per hour + quarterly bonus upon completion training program (up to 1 year), and guaranteed 6% yearly increase.

Requirements:
Primary responsibilities will include:
Working pro-actively with customers, looking for ways to increase sales and profit, and consulting them on how to build their business
Keep customers updated with the tools and services to help grow their business and make their job easier
Anticipate customers needs and surpass their expectations maintain high industry standing through superior customer service
Answer inbound Sales and Customer Service calls and key-enter orders
Answering questions regarding product, shipping and pricing
Key-enter faxed and emailed orders
Call customers to resolve discrepancies and verify inconsistencies or missing data on faxed orders
Advising customers of the best products and pricing available
Offer follow-up by responding efficiently to all requests
Complete and investigate various Customer Service and problem solving tasks
Complete extra projects
Create marketing and promotional packets or mailings
Effective problem solver who can resolve discrepancies finding win-win solutions
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Bachelors Degree preferred with proven sales, and 2 related years of experience
Must be computer, Microsoft Office and data entry proficient
Outstanding customer service skills
A high degree of accuracy required
Must be highly productive
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication
Must respond well to internal deadline pressures in a faced past environment
Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision
Positive attitude and high energy level
