Your March 2 letter to Mr. John Trudeau has been referred to me because of the sensitivity of the Marietta issues.
Unfortunately, we don’t agree with your interpretation of the Section 6 clause of our November 10 contract. We do not think we are required by law to furnish you with the proposal information developed over a period of time at a great expense to Vitco Inc. After careful consideration, you will, I’m sure, understand our position.
