This facility officially opened on March 6, 1957 as the 80-bed Baldwin County Hospital. With growth, expansion, & management changes, the new name was adopted on October 1, 1992 and today it houses 160 licensed beds. The hospital provides cancer care, diabetes support, behavioral medicine, laser surgery, lithotripsy, intensive care & a wide range of other primary & specialized treatments, programs & services to meet the medical needs of both inpatients & outpatients.
