Built on over 15 years experience providing the best patient care, MediFriends offers an established business practice, conveniently located just minutes from major interstate highway interchanges. We currently have a full-time opportunity for a motivated self-starter to conduct a variety of complex research studies.
You will review strategic and competitive issues impacting our organization, assess growth opportunities, and serve as the project coordinator for an extensive patient survey. You also will manage outside vendors, maintain a research database, and track all patient and market trends. Your reports to senior managers will include an interpretation of all data gathered and your professional recommendations for action steps.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Care, Statistics or related field. You also need 5+ years experience in the research arena and you should be familiar with demographic statistics and competitive analysis. Ability to conduct online data searches using SPSS, FOCUS, PRIZM, and INFORUM is essential. Previous experience with managed care marketplace and hospital environment is helpful. Superior oral/written communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
