Leading manufacturer of electrical, electronic and communication products has an opening for a Sales Training Specialist at our east coast headquarters.
Develop, administer and evaluate field sales training programs; manage orientation programs for newly hired sales reps; coordinate new product launches; and consult on all sales incentive packages. You will also work closely with sales and product management to develop and schedule all on-going training programs to match the market's selling and production cycles.
Successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years field sales experience, and 2 years experience in the design, development and delivery of field sales training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven public speaking and presentation skills for classes of all sizes. Must be computer literate, with the ability to produce your own training hand-outs. Frequent travel to our regional offices is required.
