Salt Water Toys & Games is the fastest growing name in the toy industry. Our product development experts have created sensations like Ooie Gooie Mud, Punch: The Bag, and Sponge-kins Dolls. With explosive sales in all distribution channels, we need an aggressive team manager who won't toy around with timid growth forecasts.

This important senior management position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and manages a national sales force of 75. He/She will evaluate all territory assignments, set quotas, forecast revenues, determine price and discount schedules, administer annual sales budgets, and analyze market data. Also consults on the development of all sales promotions, national advertising and marketing campaigns, and product launches.

In addition, the National Sales Manager leads the annual sales meetings, represents our company at industry trade shows, and maintains regular contact with all national account buyers. When necessary, he/she negotiates contracts and coordinates special customer needs through manufacturing and distribution.

*  Minimum 7+ years experience as a sales manager.
*  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
    MBA preferred.
*  Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and raise the performance
    level of sales professionals.
*  Aggressive growth attitude and willingness to identify and take
    calculated risks.
*  Background in the entertainment or toy industry a plus.
*  Superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
*  Persuasive presentation ability.
*  Computer proficiency.
