Requirements:
* Vermont Real Estate broker or sales license.
* Extensive experience in property management and leasing.
* Familiarity with local service contractors and vendors.
* Thorough knowledge of the tenant construction build-outs
process.
* Knowledge of trucking and rail requirements.
* Supervisory experience with support staff.
Our current Industrial Property Manager is leaving to take charge of the colossal Entrepreneur Park outside Chicago. He's leaving a well-managed property and a well-trained staff. You'll have proven systems and people in place. You'll also have tenants (occupancy is currently 94%) who expect the best.
