At Today's Townhomes & Apartments, our properties aren't just structures of brick and wood-they're homes for some of the nicest people in the metropolitan area. We currently manage more than 1,500 units, with an additional 800 units scheduled to open in the next two years. We currently seek a Leasing Agent for our largest property.
The Leasing Agent will interview potential customers to assess their housing needs and qualifications, guide tours of property models and facilities, and turn prospects into tenants. He/She also will complete all lease forms, collect rent deposits, and coordinate all maintenance and moving details with other office personnel.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have strong sales skills and the ability to close a deal. Prefer 1-2 years previous sales experience, especially in a real estate related position. Some evening and weekend hours required, but schedules are flexible.
This is a full-time position with a guaranteed base salary + commissions. Full benefits package includes health/life insurance and a 401k retirement plan. Plus, you'll have full use of all our property amenities (swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, workout room, sauna, and game room).
