We have an opening for a residential real estate professional to help us handle REO residential properties. You must have 2 years experience with emphasis on REO resale/asset management. You'll assist with foreclosure, valuation, marketing and management of REO properties nationwide.
U.S.A. Realty Group has 10 offices across the country. These offices assume primary responsibility for REO properties in their areas. They know market conditions in their territories. However, occasionally they need additional expertise, so you will have some travel. You'll be based in our home office in Cold Springs, South Dakota. Relocation assistance is offered.
