Shear Delight, a small, popular salon in upper Manhattan, is combing the Net for a beautician to join our hair-em. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and shampooing, cutting and styling hair. You get an established, upscale clientele, and a fully equipped station. You pay for your supplies and a percentage of fees (not tips) for space.
Requirements include:
* Cosmetology license.
* Minimum 1 year experience.
* Experience with coloring and perms.
* Good communication skills.
* Saturday hours and 2 evenings (until 9:00) a week.
Benefits:
* Flexible hours.
* Casual dress allowed.
* Two weeks vacation after one year.
* Two consecutive days off each week.
