Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Communications will develop and launch strategic communication efforts to ensure that our products and services reach our targeted consumer base and are set apart from and above the competition. This person will demonstrate an ability to manage the entire creative process, using internal and external resources, in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
We seek a team leader with at least 5-7 years experience in an agency or client-related structure. Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills are mandatory. You should also have a proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts for creative services -- including design, copywriting, production, color proofing, printing, and inventory management. A Bachelor's degree is a must; MBA preferred.
