Continuing emphasis on product diversification and new product development requires the addition of a highly skilled and creative Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will lead Clifford Tools' product development process to ensure a constant flow of profitability to achieve aggressive growth.
Responsibilities include the identification, research, market analysis, and profitability analysis for all new product opportunities. Will also assess the benefits of corporate alliances in the branding, distribution, and promotion of Clifford Tools products. Requires an MBA with a focus in marketing and 4-6 years experience in consumer/packaged goods product management. Experience should include the development and implementation of strategic business plans, manufacturing budgets, and sales initiatives. Knowledge of the builder hardware market would be helpful. Strong analytical/interpretation skills important.
