Can you juggle? Fast? Can you keep lots of projects going without dropping the ball?
We're The Creative Shop. And we're looking for someone who is crazy enough to want to work like a maniac in our award-winning advertising agency. You'll zip ideas and counter-proposals back and forth between our existing clients and our staff designers and copywriters. You'll make sure objectives, budgets, and concepts are clearly communicated, mediate any differences of opinion to a satisfying compromise, and ensure that all project deadlines are met. You'll also generate new business with potential clients. You'll be in sales. You'll be in service. And you'll be in a tizzy most of the time.
We're hoping you'll have an undergraduate degree, a background in sales, an understanding of creative production techniques, and at least 2 years experience in a related position. We insist on a winning, high-energy personality and a great sense of humor. Plus, you're gonna' have to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change with a single phone call. (It's your job not to let them change with a single raised eyebrow from an ultra-conservative client.)
