A. R. Heimbaugh, Inc. seeks an experienced production supervisor for our high-volume manufacturing plant just 5 miles outside Tulsa. You will be responsible for production planning and scheduling to control production flow and optimize efficiency. This includes inventory management in order to ensure JIT delivery to our broad customer base. You'll work closely with purchasing to ensure adequate stock of raw materials.
Qualifications:
* 3 years supervisory experience in a unionized shop.
* Strong employee relations skills.
* Experience in inventory/shipping/receiving preferred.
* Proficient with computers.
We are currently creating a team to help us optimize efficiency throughout operations. You'll serve on this team along with representatives from engineering, purchasing, materials, distribution, and customer service.
