Union Manufacturing is a multi-million dollar producer of profile-wrapped MDF mouldings for the furniture and building products industries. Complete start-to-finish production facility with state-of-the-art technology. Located in the beautiful Valley of the Sun, just minutes from South Mountain National Park.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for production tooling, plant engineering, and equipment maintenance. Position reports to the General Manager and supervises a staff of three maintenance mechanics and six tool specialists. Oversees standard production lines and serves as a consultant for custom tooling projects.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree in related field + 5 years experience.
* Thorough knowledge of industrial woodworking machinery and
industrial electrical repair.
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD for Windows.
* Experience in budget development and inventory management
desirable.
