Full Court Press seeks a Director of Print Production to oversee all print operations. Responsibilities include planning, estimating, scheduling and overseeing production of sheet-fed printing, letterpress and UV screen printing. Will also be responsible for quality control, ensuring that every project is done exactly according to customer specs. Knowledge of all phases of print production-not just desktop-is essential.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in the printing industry. If you started as a press operator, that's fine. In fact, we prefer someone whose had ink on his/her hands, though management skills and experience are also required. We have excellent equipment, and a full-time maintenance/set up expert on staff. More than 100 people are employed full-time in our facility.
