We currently seek a proven talent to join our management team as an Operations Manager for our Constitution Parkway Service Center.

This position requires supervisory and analytical skills for you to successfully manage the back office operations areas and projects. A background in banking, knowledge of Systematics and/or FiServ, and solid communication skills are necessary. You must be able to lead in a fast- paced, challenging work setting with a staff of approximately 50 professionals. Experience in procedures development and implementation would be helpful; your first task will be a complete review of all back office tasks, schedules, and performance levels.
