International stock photo agency seeks an experienced Office Manager for 75-person office in Beverly Hills. We provide color and black & white images to professional designers and graphic artists in traditional and state-of-the-art computer formats. Our images cover a broad range of subjects and attitudes, as diverse and creative as our customers.

In this high-profile position, you'll be responsible for supervising office services, purchasing supplies, hiring/managing administrative staff, handling payroll, managing catalog inventory, monitoring our Internet site orders, and serving as the office liaison with suppliers and vendors.

We're looking for a dynamic people person with excellent communication skills and proven computer know-how. Previous experience (3+ years), a college degree, and a background in customer service are preferred. Knowledge of California employment laws is a real plus. An interest in graphic design would be helpful.
