The CFO must be a strong financial strategist with at least 10 years experience in a growing, industry-leading business, preferably a public company with sales exceeding $500 million annually. As a member of the firm's Senior Management Team, the CFO must act as the financial director for the company's diverse operations. Background should include business planning, strategic development, and management processes.
