Paralegal needed for Fineberg, Hinton & Miller, a growing Colorado Springs, Colorado, law firm specializing in criminal law. Must have strong, proven fact-gathering, organizational, and trial preparation skills. We can guarantee you won't get bored in this position.
You will:
* Work closely with our attorneys and outside counsel.
* Coordinate discovery.
* Provide pre-trial support on complex legal issues.
* Conduct searches and coordinate the review, databasing
and production of documents as well as general case
management.
* Work with expert witnesses.
* Assist in jury selection.
Candidates must have four years of experience, with an emphasis on criminal law, plus a BA degree or equivalent and a paralegal certificate. Computer proficiency is essential. A knowledge of DNA testing, statistics and psychological profiling is ideal.
We offer very competitive salary with $25/hr. for overtime (some will be required). You'll have free parking and a private office in our impressive, smoke-free building downtown.
